Jammu and Kashmir government will gift houses to all those families who are below poverty line or BPL in state's rural areas, by 2009.  Minister of State for Rural Development Babu Singh disclosed that two towns, Basohli and Nagri Parole, have been selected for development under integrated housing and slum development scheme.
