Hindustan Movement by people for people of India

Hindustan Movement - an open group for all Indian people of any origin, race, group, ideology, religion, caste or citizenship. Sole purpose is to awaken the world about rich Indian heritage and to bring about justice, equality & righteous governing in India for its people.

The Movement was originally launched during mid 90s on the usenet and a website was launched in 1996 http://hindustan.org that started some of the most challenging debates and discussions on large number of topics and issues that concern to India today, via various of its websites like hindustan.net indiaculture.net indiafamily.net etc.

India today has more challenges than ever before. The population has had a dramatic increase from mere 650 million just 25 years ago to almost 1100 millions, and the resources are scarce and limited but sheer corruption and injustice at all levels is narrowing those resources even further thus creating new pockets of poverty in already impoverished nation.
Despite the many campaigns and myth creating economic growth news, India continues to house the largest number of poor people on planet and the distance between the haves and have nots is increasing at exponential levels.

The movement has following objectives:

- To create a unified voice of Indians who really would like to see fundamental changes in India.

- To create a thought process that can give voice to millions of people of Indian origin that can empower them with focused objectives to target the challenges that Indian people face like never before.

- To provide a central forum to exchange, write and divulge all right information that is verified and authentic to dispel any myths and unverified facts.

- To safeguard the majority and minorities of India from corrupt and indulging politicians from their divisive tactics and manipulative schemes.

- To publish, research and divulge the real facts about economy and true picture of people who are being sidelined, marginalized by the growth engine mostly functioning for the upper and middle class people of India.

- To publish the real information on forcible and sinister ways of religious preachers who are prowling on poor people of India and converting them against their will.

- To disclose, expose the sinister, evil and selfish schemes, conspiracies, plots and strategies by vested interests to destablize and destroy India.
