Rajastan School Girl Killed In Minor Earthquake

A minor earthquake on Wednesday in Alwar, Rajasthan claimed the life of a 10-year-old girl as panicky students ran out of their school resulting in a stampede.

The girl was killed in the stampede in her school building as students rushed out of their classes after the temblor measuring 3.9 hit the city, police said.

No loss of life and damage to property were reported.

The temblor was recorded at 11:11 am and was epicentred at latitude of 27.6 degree North and longitude of 76.7 degree East, they said.
