Blast suspect escapes, but re-arrested in Hyderabad (Gulf Times)

HYDERABAD: A suspect in the bomb blast in Hyderabad’s Mecca Masjid yesterday escaped from a police station here but was re-arrested after a 2km chase. Sameer alias Nayeem, an alleged Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) militant, escaped from Mahankali police station in Secunderabad in the morning.
