Chandigarh, June 30 (IANS) Banking, Internet, e-governance and several other facilities remained crippled in most parts of Chandigarh and adjoining areas of Punjab and Haryana Saturday after a fire damaged the Sector 17 exchange of the government-run telecom company, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL).
