The Salem Tabri police have arrested a qualified "thief" who has done MA and LLB. According to the police, he has been booked in at least 15 criminal cases in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh. The arrested person has been identified as Charanjit Singh alias Channi, a resident of Bank Colony in Haibowal. He was arrested at a police naka yesterday.
